FAQ for College Cookie Road Trip

How does the process work:

A family member or a friend may place an order online for the student. We deliver these cookies to the students in a variety of ways depending on the schools and the regulations at the school. The only two schools that we deliver to off campus students are Baylor and Abilene Christian University. Texas A&M has an off campus pick up only at the Embassy Suites, it is a drive-up and we deliver it to their car. All other schools have an on campus pick up location. The location is chosen as a central location that students will recognize and frequent. The time slot for the pick up on campus is set to be a good general time frame that should work for most students. The best part is the student can send a friend to pick up the cookies if they are not available.

What happens if my student cannot pick up the cookies:

They can send a friend to pick them up. If they are not picked up they forfeit the cookies and there will not be a refund.

How is the student notified that they are getting a surprise:

The purchaser will receive an email from Cookies4Ever reminding them of the delivery with an attachment to send to the student about picking up/delivery of  their surprise. We do not notify the student.

How do I know if I completed my order correctly:

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.  Be sure and check your spam & junk mail too. If you do not receive one the order is not complete. Please reach out to lisa@cookies4ever.com and she can work with you to resolve the issue.

What if I missed the deadline to order cookies:

I am sorry but we will not be able to accept orders after the deadline. Please subscribe as to not miss out and to be ready for next years road trip.
